These are some brushes that I use regularly. They are used to add realism to the images I create by simulating the aberrations created by the lens of a camera when capturing an image.
Starburst
These are 3 different styles of
Starbursts in 2 sizes,
small and
large. The
small brush is 200 pixels wide and the
large is 600 pixels wide. I work mainly in print media so I sized these for that purpose. You can however adjust the size in the brush palette to suit your needs.
The 3 different styles are
thin,
medium and
heavy which represent the
intensity of light reflecting off an object. Below is an example of each.
Here is the original image.

Sparkles!
Just as the name implies, this brush adds sparkles to an image.

Glitter
This is the only brush that I would recomend using a color with. For my example image, I selected a very pale blue as my foreground color, and a vivid, deep blue as my background color. The brush will automaticaly vary the brightness and hue to create the effect.
